Flawless Execution by Eventistry for the Daraz Summit
Eventistry organized a two-day corporate summit for Daraz, combining their Seller's Summit and Women in E-commerce conference into a unique event that brought together over 300 attendees. The primary objective was to help sellers grow, scale, and improve the buyer experience ahead of their 11:11 sale. Eventistry managed the event, creating branding, conceptualising venue layouts and activations, resulting in an exceptional experience for all attendees.
We curated a dynamic and engaging experience for attendees at the Daraz Summit and the Women in E-Commerce. We conceptualized themed workshops and activations, set up the venue, and executed all aspects of the summit. We also brought innovative elements, such as 270-degree LED paneling, a first for Sri Lankan conferences and animated content, to enhance the stage activities. Our team designed and produced a variety of themed booths and activations, including testimonial booths, informational booths, and interactive branding materials such as fun photo booths, impressive backdrops, and cool memorabilia, to provide an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
