Every event presents its own unique set of challenges. While the Shangri-La Colombo’s low ceiling limited our ability to diversify visuals vertically, we confronted this limitation head-on. It pushed our creativity, leading us to a solution that didn’t just make do, but stood out: a 270-degree surround LED screen.
STRATEGY & EXECUTION:
Collaborating with Daraz has always been an invigorating experience that marries methodical planning with the thrill of innovative ideation. Our journey began with a comprehensive concept documentation, which painted a vivid picture of our vision - from elegant invite designs to tech-forward registration methods. Drawing from the insights of previous collaborations, learnings from global tech summits, and a dash of adventurous flair, we meticulously crafted every facet of the event. Each design choice, be it the engagement activities or the grandeur of the stage setup, was steered by an unwavering focus on the audience's experience. As we moved through the phases, transitioning from initial designs to production and eventually to the final setup, our commitment ensured that the summit remained a true reflection of its conceptual brilliance.
AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT:
