CHALLENGE:
The Maris Motor Rally 2024 presented a unique set of marketing challenges. The goal was to not only promote the rally itself but also generate excitement and attendance for the after-party. Additionally, securing rally entries was a crucial objective. This required a comprehensive social media campaign and cohesive branding across all event collateral. The key objectives were to maximize online engagement, increase event attendance, enhance the overall visibility of the Maris Motor Rally brand, and secure entries for the rally. Furthermore, the campaign needed to cater to diverse audiences across multiple platforms, ensuring high engagement rates and effective reach.

Eventistry approached this multifaceted challenge with a strategic and creative plan. We designed and executed a robust social media campaign across Instagram and Facebook, incorporating both paid and organic content. Our strategy included:

- Content Creation and Engagement:
- Developed 15 static posts and 4 videos in-house, supplemented by client-provided content. Additionally, artist shoutouts and interactive posts were used to boost engagement.

RESULTS:
The campaign ran from June 30, 2024, to July 27, 2024, and delivered outstanding results across various metrics, successfully achieving the set objectives. The social media efforts on both Instagram and Facebook saw significant traction, with paid campaigns on Instagram garnering nearly 80,000 link clicks and reaching close to 300,000 users, while organic efforts further extended the campaign’s visibility with over 33,000 impressions. Similarly, Facebook paid campaigns achieved over 78,000 link clicks and reached more than 600,000 users, complemented by substantial organic engagement.
Overall, the campaign achieved a remarkable total of 1.5 million link clicks and 1.2 million impressions, resulting in a comprehensive reach of over 313,000 users and generating more than 14,000 engagements. These impressive figures underscore the campaign’s success in not only promoting the rally and after-party but also in securing participant entries and boosting overall brand visibility.
The high engagement rates and extensive reach were indicative of the campaign’s effectiveness. In-house created content and artist shoutouts significantly contributed to this success, with engagement rates surpassing industry standards. The creative and strategic approach ensured that the campaign resonated well with the target audience, leading to enhanced brand recognition and a successful event turnout.
